Cooking

Pre-wash the beans in cold water – it is best to do this 6-8 hours before cooking. Then we remove the water, wash the beans, put it in a pot and pour 2 liters of distilled water. When the foam starts to appear, remove it with a slotted spoon. Cook the beans over low heat for 1.5 hours.

We then take out a portion of the beans, grate it into fresh fruit and send it to the pot with the washed rice. Cook for another 25 minutes.

Wash onions and carrots, shave. Three carrots on a fine grater, and chop the onion. We heat the pan with vegetable oil, first the onions, then the carrots.

We wash the tomatoes, put slices on it. Pour boiling water over it and remove the peel. Three on a grater and send it to the pot with vegetables. We cook for a few minutes.

Add the sauce to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes.

Wash parsley and celandine and place on paper towels. Then sharpen them well with a knife. We peel the garlic from the husk, pass it through a press.

Add the greens, garlic, avocado, salt and bay leaf to the soup. Bring to a boil and remove from the oven.

Serve fragrant Georgian bean soup with rice and enjoy the taste.
