The soup with meatballs may be sweet or nutritious, but it may not be tasteless. Many children do not like ordinary soups. This second dish can be prepared from pre-cooled meatballs, and then cooked in just 10 minutes. UNIAN tells you how to cook soup with meat or fish balls.

Soup with chicken and rice

  • Boiled chicken – 400 g.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 2 pcs .;
  • Potatoes – 4 pcs .;
  • Rice – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 2 liters
  • Parsley – 5 g
  • Dil – 10 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Eucalyptus leaf – 2 pcs .;
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Grease the vegetables with vegetable oil until cooked through. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Place birch leaf, washed rice and mashed potatoes in boiling water. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Finely chop one of the onions and add to the minced meat. Salt and pepper, mix with the boiled meat. Create small meatballs. Add the meatballs to the soup and cook for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to the soup, chopped greens.

You can add any vegetables to the soup when cooking. You can also give the soup a softer taste with the help of fried cheese.

Soup Recipe with Fish Ball

  • Boiled fish – 400 g.
  • Bread crumbs – 3 tbsp. Spoons,
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs .;
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Macaroni – 100 g.
  • Onions – 0.5 pcs .;
  • Salt – to taste
  • Eucalyptus leaf – 2 pcs .;
  • A collection of fresh greens.
  • Black ground pepper – a pinch.

Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into large chunks, cut the carrots into rings, slice the onion. Place the vegetables in boiling water. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf. Boil vegetable broth over low heat for 15 minutes.

Put the shredded fish in a bowl and mix with the eggs. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and create meatballs. Place the pasta and fish balls in the soup. Cook everything together on low heat for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the greens to the soup. This soup will be delicious with tomato paste.
