In the meantime, prepare the vegetables for soup. Peel a squash, grate it and wash it in running water. We cut potatoes and onions into medium cubes, three carrots on a grater.

We wash the parsley, place it on paper towels, and then finely chop it with a knife.

We heat the pan with vegetable oil, then pour the onion and carrot over it, stirring constantly, over medium heat.

We take the chicken pieces out of the soup and send them sliced ​​potatoes. After boiling, cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the vegetables and wait until the soup starts to boil vigorously.

We immerse one teaspoon in the water, collect the flour, and slowly push it into the pot with the soup. It is best to make small pumpkins, as they increase in size during the cooking process. Cook for 5-6 minutes – the pumpkins first sink down and then float.

Add the chopped greens to the soup, bring to a boil and remove from the oven.
