The members of the Legislative Council are planning to spend about two million rubles from the Leningrad region treasury on party members and a group of social activists. In five years the cost of implementation has more than doubled.
According to the Public Procurement website, on May 25, the Leningrad Regional Legislative Council announced a contest to hold a meeting of XVII public organizations and political parties. The initial cost of the contract is 1,890 thousand rubles.
The rally will take place from June 29 to July 1 in the village of Losevo. 200 people will attend. Private showers, cabinets and refrigerator are provided in double and single rooms. The condition is that there is a working TV.
The activities include a dance night, a poetry competition, a knowledge game and sports competitions. These include team darts, bag relay, swim in boats, volleyball and TRP standards.
Participants ate seven times. The menu includes sweets, beetroot salads, pilaf, chicken soup, buckwheat, lazy cabbage rolls, scrambled eggs, chicken fries and more.
Applications to participate in the bid will be accepted by June 2. The results are summarized on the 6th.
The cost of the march has been steadily rising for several years. Therefore, in 2017, 850 thousand rubles were allocated for the project. Last year the protest cost the state treasury 1.6 million rubles.
