Light soup with lentils in vegetable soup

Mushrooms or oyster mushrooms taste good for this soup.

I love lentils in side dishes and soups. Today I offer to cook a surprisingly simple and delicious dish Lentil soup with vegetable soup. You can add your favorite vegetables and herbs to your choice, but be sure to add champagne or oyster mushrooms – they taste good for this soup.

Preparation time – 30 minutes

Cooking time – 35 minutes

Inputs drop-

Green lentils – 50 g

Garlic – 1 clove

Sesame stem – 1 pc.

Green beans – 100 g

Carrots – 100 g

Champions – 50 g

Salt and pepper

parsley – 4 branches


Prepare the basic vegetable soup according to my recipe. Pour the broth into a saucepan, add the lentils, chopped garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook, cover for 20 minutes until lentils melt.

Add chopped sesame seeds, chopped carrots and chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 15 minutes, then add chopped parsley leaves.
