You can serve the soup with crackers or baked meat. Also, instead of the usual cream and butter with vegetables, the soup can be prepared with vegan.
Spinach Cream Soup Recipe
Inputs drop-
- Spinach – 1 kg
- Vegetable soup – 300-400 g
- Dry white wine – 100 ml
- Butter – 50 g
- Vegetable oil – 50 g
- Cream – 200 g
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Green onions – 15 g
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Nutmeg – to taste
Cooking
Turn off the spinach and remove excess moisture thoroughly.
Transfer butter and vegetable oil to a saucepan. Grease the chopped garlic and green onion in the hot oil. Put everything together.
Place the spinach in a saucepan to absorb the garlic flavor. Heat everything together. Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
Pour over dry white wine spinach. Boil over medium heat. Then fill everything with vegetable broth, bring to a boil and cook everything together for 5 minutes. Now add the cream.
Pour the broth into a food processor and mix until smooth. Bring salt to taste.
