TV chef Alexander Belkovich talks about how to cook vegetable green cream soup. If a product is replaced in the recipe, the food is suitable for fasting.
For four food inputs:
Green onion 50 g.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Potatoes 3 medium pieces.
Broccoli 250 gr.
Zucchini 100 g.
Spinach 50 gr.
Cream 22%, 100 g (replace with fasting, soy milk).
1 l of water.
Salt pepper.
For ornamental fruits.
Cooking
1. Separate the white and green parts of the onion, finely chop the white parts, the greens are larger.
3. Cut the garlic and start boiling in vegetable oil, chop the potatoes.
4. Add the white parts of the onion to the garlic, when the frying smell is gone, add the potatoes, heat and pour over hot water or broth.
5. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the broccoli, zucchini and cook.
6. When all the vegetables are ready, add the cream (or soy milk), green onion pieces and spinach leaves.
7. Bring to a boil, salt and pepper.
8. Remove from oven and grind in a blender.
9. The more uniform the soup, the more green.
10. Place it on a plate, you can add spinach leaves and nuts on top.
