Chickpeas are a popular product for vegetarians and vegans because they are high in protein and can be a good alternative to meat. However, with the popularity of Middle Eastern culture and cuisine, chickpeas have also become a staple food because they can cook many dishes from them. Cream chicken soup
These beans can be added to a regular vegetable soup, or you can make a whole cream cheesecake soup.
- 5 pieces. Potatoes
- 3 Art. Graduation
- 150 g chickpeas
- 1 bulb
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml cream (10-15%)
- Green to taste
- Curry 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Wash the chickpeas for half a day, then cook for 45-50 minutes.
Peel the onions and potatoes, finely chop and sauté in a saucepan until soft.
Cut the garlic, mix with the shallots, potatoes, onions, curry and soup and beat in a blender until smooth.
Then put the soup on the fire, bring it to a boil and remove from the heat.
Pour in the cream, add the herbs and serve.

This recipe is a great substitute for popcorn or other snacks.
- 1.5th. Boiled shrimp
- olive oil
- Sea salt
- Paprika, curry or other spices (Optional)
Boil the previously squeezed squash, drain the water, and rinse. Place the chicken on a kitchen towel and let it dry. Remove damaged skins.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and place a large baking sheet on parchment.
Transfer the dried chickpeas to baking sheet, sprinkle with vegetable oil and salt.
Bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and while the chips are still hot, toss with your favorite spices.
Salad with onions
Chickpeas can be a great addition to any salad from Greek and Caesar to any fish dish. In salads, you can use boiled or strained chicken from the previous recipe.
- 400 grams of boiled / baked chicken
- 1 pc. Avocado
- 100 g feta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1.5th. Cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 onions
- 1 pumpkin
- Chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl: 3 tbsp. L. Olive oil, 3 tbsp. L. Lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut the pumpkin, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and feta into equal pieces. Also chop the onion and celery.
Mix all the ingredients and pre-grease in a saucepan.
