Chicken leg skewers in soy sauce

  • Chicken thighs – 6 pcs .;
  • Ground red pepper – 1-2 pins
  • Soy – 100 ml
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1-2 pcs .;
  • Parsley or Dewich – 1 puppy

Wash the chicken leg, dry and leave it without removing the bones. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into rings. Wash, sort and cut the greens. Marinada Preparation Mix mixed soybeans, herbs and onions, then squeeze lemon juice and add red pepper. Drain the pan, cook the chicken for half an hour, then place it in the oven and sauté until cooked through. Alternatively, sprinkle it with extra red pepper.

Chicken skewers on figs

  • Chicken elephants – 1 kg
  • Onions – 2 pcs .;
  • Mayonnaise – 100-150 ml
  • Spices for chicken – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt – 0.5-1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 tsp
  • Lemon – 0.5-1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

Wash the chicken leaf and cut it into cubes about 4-5 cm in diameter, cut the lemon into circles. Peel an onion, cut into rings, add spices, salt, pepper, pour in the mayonnaise and mix everything well with the meat. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease it with vegetable oil, and place the onion and lemon on top. Tie the chicken on a fork and place it on a pillow. Cover the meat with foil and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Then remove the foil and “brown” the kebab for another 10 minutes.

Chicken skewers in mayonnaise

  • Chicken legs or legs – 1 kg
  • Mayonnaise – 100-150 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5-1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp
  • Parsley for decoration – 1-2 branches

Divide the legs into sections (if you take the legs, you can do without this step), wash, dry and grind with chopped garlic. Sprinkle spices on top. Melt the butter, cut the chicken pieces and grease the meat with butter and mayonnaise. Stir and leave in a deep bowl for 1-2 hours. Sprinkle the meat over the figs and sauté until cooked through.

Wing skewers on the grid

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Honey – 1 tbsp. L.
  • Mustard beans – 1.5 tbsp. L.
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs .;
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. L.
  • Salt – to taste

Wash and dry the wings, prepare the marinade: Squeeze the juice from the lemon, add olive oil, mustard and honey. Mix well with the meat, cover the dish with film and leave it for several hours (you can overnight). Before cooking, season with salt and pepper, then strain the figs and place on the meat.
