Garlic soup with bread
Grind a little garlic in a soup and boil it in a little vegetable oil. Pour in the soup and let it boil.
Fry the bread crumbs in the lard and place on a plate. Take Borodino or Rhine. And then fill with hot soup. Add herbs, spices, black pepper.
The soup can be anything – chicken, bone, vegetable or bullove cube.
Bread crust soup
Cut the bread crumbs into small pieces, chop the onions and herbs. Grease all the ingredients in vegetable oil. Then put everything in a saucepan, cover with water, add spices and let it boil.
Boil the eggs in half or small cubes and then place them on plates. Add the greens and pour over the hot broth.
Onion soup with bread
Prepare soup – vegetables, chicken, bones or bullove cube. Finely chop the onion and grease it with vegetable oil. Take white dry bread and cut it into cubes and add in the onion.
Bread should be aged, but not in the case of crackers. After roasting, add the resulting mixture to the soup with the broth. Bring to a boil. And then turn it off almost immediately, you don’t have to cook for long.
Serve hot, sprinkle with herbs. You can add two drops of garlic, vegetable oil or one clove of garlic. This will add spice to the pot.
