Finely chop the garlic and sauté for about a minute until soft. Crush two tablespoons garlic and toss with the boiled mushrooms. Add 200 grams of boiled beans to the mushrooms and onions. Add cumin, salt and pepper. Mix the contents of the oven and heat everything for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the beans into a bowl with the mushrooms and add 1-2 tbsp. L. Lemon juice for a little bit of bitterness and flavor balance. Combine it with the desired consistency. Salad with lentils and feta

The advantage of this salad is that it contains lentils – like other grains, you do not need to drink it before cooking. You just need to pour the required amount of water and cook over low heat. The cooking time depends on the variety. Red lentils are prepared quickly, raw for 10-15 minutes is enough, but they are very soft, so they are often used to make cream soups or pastries. Green, brown and black lentils cook for up to 20 minutes and retain their shape well, so you can safely use them in a variety of salads.

Wash the beans in cold water overnight. Drain the water and wash the beans.
