Despite the fact that nutritionists believe that a healthy diet can be made without soup, fresh broth is sometimes very desirable. Flu treatment is not complete, especially on a cold or rainy day, and without a simple chicken soup.
But preparing the first courses is often too long: they have to cook the soup, vegetables, grains. To speed up this process, you can use a few methods.
Boil the soup in advance: This requires about half an hour of active cooking, and should be boiled for two more hours. Before you put the water on the fire with the meat or chicken, bake a few carrots and a whole onion in the oven. When the vegetables are ready, place them together with the meat in cold water and send it to the oven. Let the soup cook for about two hours. Then remove the vegetables and pour the liquid into containers, cover with cling film and send to the refrigerator.
Such a preparation speeds up the process of preparing any soup. By the way, you can refrigerate the cooked grains until half cooked. For example, buckwheat, barley, rice. It only remains to add them to the boiled soup – and the soup is ready.

Canned saury soup
If the fish pot is lying in the kitchen cabinet, then it will take less than half an hour to cook the hot soup. You can even add any grains, greens, fresh tomatoes and cream to it, but the basic recipe is always the same.
Bring the water to a boil. Grease a finely chopped onion with roasted carrots on a fine grater. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
We grow sardines in the bank. As the water boils, place the grass, vegetables and birch leaves in the soup. We cook for 15 minutes.
Minestron
The Italians are very proud of this simple soup, because it combines the flavors of smoked meats, vegetables and parmesan. Minestron is made in just 20 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry the onion until soft. Add the nutmeg and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, soup. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the soup from the heat and beat in a blender.
Gazpacho

Spanish tomato soup is ideal for summer heat: it is perfectly refreshing and satisfying. The main rule is that the gazpacho tomatoes should be sweet, ripe and very fragrant.
Finely chop the pumpkins and Bulgarians, place them on a plate. Pour boiling water over tomatoes, cut into strips, pour tomato juice over vegetables and beat again in a blender. Then add a tablespoon of sunflower oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper to the soup. Serve the gazpacho with croutons.
Cold beetrot with kefir
Another bright summer soup that doesn’t want to stand on the stove long. Pumpkins and leafy greens need to be washed and dried. Clean the eggs and eggs. Remove skin from cum.
